The 2016 BlueCat Screenplay Competition is currently accepting Feature and Short screenplays.
Every entry receives script analysis!
Early Deadline: SEPTEMBER 1st, 2015
Submit by Tuesday, September 1st @ Midnight PDT and receive analysis by October 1st.
Entry fees will also increase after September 1st.
Feature Grand Prize: $15,000
Four Finalists: $2,500 ea.
Shorts Grand Prize: $10,000
Three Finalists: $2,000 ea.
International Awards:
The Joplin: $2,000 USD
*Best screenplay from outside the USA, Canada, and UK
The Cordelia: $2,000 USD
*Best screenplay from the UK
The Roshan: $2,000 USD
*Best screenplay from India
Entry Fee: $40 Shorts | $60 Features
*Students are eligible to submit their short screenplays at a discounted $35 rate for the duration of the competition.
